CHICKEN HUNTER

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 chicken, about 1.200 kilograms
  • 400 g mushroom
  • Oil FLUDOR
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • 1 liter chicken stock
  • 1 / 2 cups white wine
  • Shave 2 tablespoons of flour parsley, white pepper

PREPARATION:

  1. Fry the chicken pieces in a saucepan with the butter and oil.
  2. Sprinkle flour make a roux add the broth and add the white wine, stir until it starts to boil.
  3. Add the bouquet garni, salt, pepper, leaving copper 35mins over low heat.
  4. Towards the end of cooking add the mushrooms dry. Remove from the fire starts to boil.
  5. Arrange chicken pieces in a serving dish, drizzle with mushroom sauce garnish with fresh parsley.

N.B:Se dish is eaten with plain rice or potato steam.
