FLUDOR BENIN S.A with a share capital of 5,100 million FCFA is a 100% subsidiary of the TGI Group (Tropical General Investments). Present in Benin since 1996, it specializes in the crushing of oil seeds and the husking of cashew nuts. The General Management is based in Cotonou, while the industrial complex is located in Cana, a hundred (100Km) kilometers from Cotonou.<\/p>\n
The crushing plant processes cotton seeds, soybeans and shea almonds to obtain refined cotton oil, refined soybean oil, shea butter, cottonseed meal, soybeans and shea. With an oil seed crushing capacity of 225,000 Tons \/ year, this factory provides around 250 direct jobs.<\/p>\n
The cashew nut processing plant employs more than a thousand workers, essentially women, with a production capacity of 20,000 Mt annually.<\/p>\n

\nCreated in Cotonou on August 10, 1994, with a share capital of Two million CFA francs (2,000,000 FCFA) by the group of investors “Tropical General Investment” (TGI) which is an Irish holding company, ECOTRADE SARL is active main to monitor cotton exports to Nigeria in collaboration with LOUIS DREYFUS COTON INTERNATIONAL. It has enabled these investors who have faith in the development of West Africa to explore the investment possibilities in French-speaking countries and more specifically in Benin.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i><\/span><\/div>Creation of Fludor Benin<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n1996<\/strong><\/span>
\nIt is very aware of the challenge presented by the conquest of sub-regional markets and the existence of significant economic opportunities that the initiative to strengthen the operational capacities of ECOTRADE SARL and to diversify its field of intervention was set in motion. in the years 1996.
\nTo this end, the capital of this company was raised to Two billion CFA Francs (2,000,000,000 FCFA) with the impact of the change of company name and legal form.
